    Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding fully simulates the living environment of giant pandas in the field. It has built lakes, streams, bamboo forests, lawns, and raised more than 100 giant pandas in total, and established publicity and education facilities such as giant panda museum, live panda environment exhibition field, park instruction board, interactive explanation station, and Panda Cinema. 

Tips: Giant pandas live in a dense bamboo forest with an altitude of 2,600-3,500 meters where the annual temperature is lower than 20 ℃, so they like cool weather rather than hot. When the weather is cool, the giant pandas will carry out activities in the outdoor playground. When the outdoor temperature rises above 26 ℃, they will return to the indoor play room.

    If tourists visit the base on foot, the whole journey will take 3 hours; if tourists visit the base by shuttle bus, it will take 1-1.5 hours.
    Tips: The shuttle bus ticket price is 10 yuan/person, valid on that day.
