Tasting Changsha Local Food

Stinky Tofu

    The stinky tofu is a famous traditional food in Changsha. It is said that there are hundreds of stinky tofu shops in Changsha. After walking every twenty steps, you can see a stinky tofu stall. Stinky tofu smells bad but tastes good. The fried stinky tofu is scorched outside but tender inside. Pour on the mixed soy sauce and chili oil, and bite it down. It's super delicious!
