Buolo Birthday Temple Fair

    Buolo Birthday Temple Fair is one of the largest folk traditional temple fairs in Guangzhou. It has a thousand year historical and cultural tradition. There is a saying in the local area that "the first thing is to visit to BOLUO, the second thing is to marry a wife". During the temple fair, we can see the local folk performances in Guangzhou and some wonderful exotic performances.

Spring Festival Flower Fair

    Spring Festival Flower Fair is a local traditional folk culture festival in Guangdong Province. Guangzhou is known as "Flower City". Its annual flower fair (also known as flower street) in has attracted the attention of the world. On the eve of the Spring Festival, the streets and alleys are full of flowers and oranges, and all parks hold Flower Fairs for the Spring Festival, especially the first three days of Spring Festival's Eve. Color buildings are set up on the theme streets of each district, and flower racks are set up. Flower farmers from all over the townships come to sell flowers and oranges. People don't leave until the early morning of the first day of the lunar new year.

Lychee Fair

    In July of each year, when lychee is ripe, Zengcheng DIstrict and Conghua District in Guangzhou will hold annual Lychee Fair. During the Lychee Fair, in addition to tasting and appreciating Lychee, the unique sweet and juicy fruit in Southern China, activities such as song and dance performances, sports performances, art photography, book exhibitions, commodity exhibitions and trade negotiations are also held.

Lotus Festival

    In August of each year, the Guangzhou Lotus Festival is held. Tourists come to Panyu District to watch lotus, taste lotus plant food and enjoy other comprehensive recreational activities.
